‘Bon Vivants’ explores the lives of three performers on the streets of New York City. A painter (Matthew Courtney), a subway drummer (Mike Alaska), and a puppeteer (Ronny Wasserstrom) reveal their true selves on screen through interview and show. Unlike any of the artists in New York, these select few have a unique outlook on art and life in the city. Bound to their work by artistic freedom, these performers escape a monotonous 9-5 job by creating an individual profession free of limitations.
